SFL Flange Mount high-quality vibrator is equipped with adjustable out-of-balance weights at both ends, allowing you full control over the vibration intensity, ranging from 0% to 100%. Additionally, for those requiring customized weights, we offer special shafts for mounting customer-manufactured weights.

Our Electric Rotary Vibrator is built with the reliable Squirrel Cage Induction Type, compliant with the rigorous BS4999/ IEC60034 standards, ensuring exceptional performance and longevity. The vibrator is flange mounted and completely enclosed, with an IP44 rating, providing added protection from external elements.

We understand that power supply requirements can vary, which is why we have stocked various sizes of our Electric Rotary Vibrator. You can find units available as 240 Volt Delta, 415 Volt Star, 3 Phase 50 Hz.

When it comes to operation, our Electric Rotary Vibrators offer two options: DOL starting and Duty S1 continuous rated or VVVF Inverter duty (subject to overspeed limitations). This ensures optimal performance and reliability for your applications.
