Invicta BLZ Base Mounted Vibrators

Built to the highest standards, our rotary vibrators feature the renowned Squirrel Cage Induction Type compliant with BS4999 / IEC60034 specifications. The motors are fully enclosed, meeting the IC410 and IP66 requirements, guaranteeing protection against dust and ensuring long-lasting performance even in challenging environments.

When it comes to safety, reliability, and compliance, our BLz base mount vibrator motors stand out. They are equipped with Dust Ignition Protection, certified to ExtD A21 IP66, IEC ExSIR 04.007, as well as ATEC certifications for Zone 21 & 22.

TECO offers stocked options for your convenience, including 240 Volt Delta and 415 Volt Star configurations, suitable for 3 Phase 50 Hz power supply. If you have different requirements, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs upon request.

Our electric rotary vibrators cater to a wide range of applications. They can be started using Direct-On-Line (DOL) starting and have a continuous rating for Duty S1. Additionally, they are suitable for *VVVF Inverter duty, subject to overspeed limitations. The motors are designed with Class F insulation and offer a Class B temperature rise when operating in a 40°C ambient temperature.
